Frequently asked questions

How long is video kept?

Retention is set in the design: we calculate the storage for the number of cameras, resolution and the days you need to keep, and size the recorders to match.

Can we watch the cameras from a phone?

Yes. The system is set up for secure remote viewing on mobile and desktop, with user rights for each person.
